Donations are always appreciated!

We do not turn away sick dogs so we always have high medical expenses that adoption fees do not cover. You can donate any amount. You can donate via Paypal without having a Paypal account.

If you would like to donate food or supplies, please contact us at misfitangelsofsouthjersey@gmail.com

Volunteer
Don’t worry if you can’t foster or donate! We are always looking for volunteers who can help us with fundraising, invite their friends to our events or think of ways to help raise more money and save more dogs.

Fostering
Misfit Angels of South Jersey Rescue relies on fosters to provide homes for our dogs. We don’t have a shelter, kennel or boarding facility, so the dogs we rescue are cared for by a network of volunteers who open their homes to dogs that would have otherwise have been euthanized. Most of our foster parents have children and other pets at home. We make every effort to match rescues to a positive environment. All you need to provide is love and food, we’ll do the rest!

Many people worry about having to give up their foster dogs. If you fall in love, you are given priority to apply for adoption. If you are interested in Fostering for us, please email your Name, Address and Phone Number to
misfitangelsofsouthjersey@gmail.com and we will be in touch Thank You!

With fostering, Please keep in mind there is an adjustment period that all dogs go through when
placed in a new environment. We will need your commitment before a animal can be placed in your care – Please read below.

Are you prepared for the 1 to 3 month adjustment period that a rescued dog may need? Note** The Adjustment period may consist of nothing more that reminding the per of their house manners (new surroundings & family can unsettle even the best trained dogs) It may also be much more involved and require a consistent routine, dog-proofing your house, extra walks, and a crate (to either finish crate training or as a safe, secure place for one who is already trained). Rest Easy though, this period is usually brief and we are always here to help you through it.
